The China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (SFTZ) is China’s first free trade trial zone. which was established in 2013, is considered a prototype “Openness” and “reform” of China, and after the SFTZ has been a pilot area for 1 year and has successfully implemented the reform policy of opening up to the world. Chinese authorities have therefore decided to gradually establish free trade trial zones in additional provincial-level administrative areas.

Over the past 10 years, China has had 22 free trade trial zones and has new systems, regulations, and mechanisms that serve as an example for other free trade trial zones, applied in total to 302 items, divided into: There are 4 important aspects: (1) connection with international trade practices, (2) openness of the economic system, (3) modern management, and (4) support for China’s national strategy. In addition to the SFTZ will play a role in developing China’s potential It also helps create business, trade, and investment opportunities for countries around the world, including Thailand.
